These Terms of Service govern use of the Lance Peek Creative website and requests submitted through it. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when requesting services or a Free Social Media Checkup.
Free Social Media Checkup
Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or guarantee that services will be offered. The checkup is an initial review intended to identify possible opportunities or issues in a business's public-facing social-media or marketing presence.
Creative and marketing services
Any paid work, deliverables, pricing, revision limits, deadlines, usage rights, or other project terms will be agreed separately between Lance Peek Creative and the client.
SMS program terms
Program name: Lance Peek Creative Website Lead Alerts.
This program sends operational SMS notifications to the sole proprietor when a new website lead or Free Social Media Checkup request is received. Customers and prospects are not enrolled in recurring marketing text messages through the website form.
Message frequency varies based on website lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.
